1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jililuck platform located at jililuck.one (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jililuck ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jililuck Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jililuck, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jililuck or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jililuck or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jililuck reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, UMID, and Postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jililuck may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the jililuck Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jililuck account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. jililuck is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your jililuck username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying jililuck support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jililuck will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jililuck that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jililuck reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jililuck Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jililuck supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jililuck wallet are available for gameplay upon confirmation of the transaction. jililuck does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• jililuck reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding thresholds set by jililuck's compliance team.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jililuck offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all jililuck promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo, and specialty games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim period, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Abuse: jililuck reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.

jililuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have validly claimed a promotion prior to any such modification.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jililuck Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and specialty games such as Fortune Tree — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealing process and are not influenced by jililuck or any third party.

Each game on the jililuck Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. jililuck accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay:

• jililuck will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the situation fairly.
• Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• jililuck's decision regarding the resolution of technical malfunctions is final, subject to the player's right to escalate a complaint through the formal dispute resolution process.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililuck Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker variants or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to players using the Platform manually.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will be reclaimed by jililuck.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for gameplay on jililuck.
• Money Laundering: Using the jililuck Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity. jililuck is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the jililuck Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

8 Responsible Gaming

jililuck is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We provide a suite of player-controlled tools designed to help you manage your gaming activity and maintain healthy play habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jililuck Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jililuck Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jililuck.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.
• Use the jililuck brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jililuck's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jililuck.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililuck's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jililuck account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jililuck shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons, power outages, or government-mandated service restrictions.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or support communications.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jililuck's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

jililuck collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jililuck, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Collection of identity and contact information for account registration and KYC verification purposes.
• Processing of financial transaction data for payment processing, fraud prevention, and AML compliance.
• Recording of gameplay activity for fair play monitoring, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting.

12 Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the jililuck Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jililuck support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jililuck Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit a formal complaint to jililuck support, which will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority. jililuck operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework, and players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
